I know this is a bit outside my patch but The Derby Cathedral Peregrine Project has me fascinated every year.  The same pair of peregrines have had a success in breeding over the last 6 years and it is all captured on 3 webcams which can be watched throughout the daylight hours.  The main complication this year is snow on the ‘nest’ area.  The following blog shows the novel way in which an attempt was made to resolve this problem:
